Frigiliana Apartment is a holiday/apartment leasing website, offering various types of apartment for holiday letting or long-term leasing, in the beautiful village of Frigilina (appox. 1 hour from Malaga, 10 mins from Nerja). This website was created using Wordpress, a "free" open-source blog system that allows websites to be fully updatable whilst ensuring they look professional (with the use of off-the-shelf themes) and "importantly" very search-engine-friendly (though the use of friendly urls, style sheets and well formed html). One of the best things about Wordpress is the ability to extend it's basic functionality via a large selection of free plug-ins, that add functionality such as e-commerce, visitor tracking, booking forms, calendars, enquiry forms, etc... An extremely powerful feature has been added to Litework which will make your website search engine friendly without any additional work required. SE friendly urls will be automatically created for all pages and jobs on your recruitment website, and each job page will have meta-tags created atomatically. In addition, an xml sitemap can be created and automatically submitted to the major search engines, including Google.

www.uteachrecruitment.com specialises in relocating teachers to posts throughout the UK. The website was first launched in 2006 after Seagrass successfully won the contract to provide Uteach with a fully functional recruitment database and website, using Litework. In 2007 we were delighted to work with Uteach again. This time, to upgrade the system and provide a completely re-branded website.

www.altpolicencheck.com provides a way for German endowment policyholders to get up-to-date information including a current valuation. The site is geared towards a German market hence it is completely written in German. Our client, European Financial Resource Ltd is based in the UK and has been investing in Second Hand / Traded Endowment Policies for over 20 years and has been a Seagrass client for over four and a half years.

04 Sep 2007 - BFL Version 2
The Behaviour for Learning (BFL) software was originally completed in 2005 for Heanor Gate Science College in Derbyshire. Though fit-for-purpose and fully usable, there was a need for greater flexibility within the system to able to cope with different types of Behaviour Control as required by the school head. Version 2 delivers this additional flexibility with a much improved database structure and new configuration screens allowing specific types of action to be setup according to the type of incident reported and allowing separate registers to be maintained for different action severities.

Elite Dance Supplies is a ballet and dance-wear company based in Burton. After previously struggling with difficult to use ecommerce solutions Seagrass was invited to help setup a fresh/modern looking ecommerce website which incorporated an intuitive back-office interface. We achieve this through a combination of the os-commerce open-source shopping cart software and proving full-training allowing Elite to get off the ground without a hitch.

06 Jul 2007 - TACK IQ 2 Released
After over 6 months of development, TACK IQ (the Key Account Management software for TACK International) is now complete. The new version builds on the success of the original TACK IQ by extending functionality, improving usability and adding many new features. The software is written using c sharp on the Microsoft .NET 1.1 platform for MS Windows. The new features for version 2 include an MS Office 2007 style Ribbon Bar, drag and drop functionality on power grids and significantly enhanced scheduling and reporting functionality.
